Job Description:

Territory Manager – Medical Device Seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead the sales and clinical support of a novel surgical device technology. This is a front-line, customer-facing role responsible for driving adoption of a disruptive surgical technology. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and engage surgeons Educate providers on product technology, patient selection, and surgical technique Provide in-servicing and intraoperative support Manage accounts, procurement processes, and VAC approvals Collaborate with internal teams to support reimbursement, training, and utilization Facilitate cadaver labs and training events for surgeons and staff Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a health science, business, or related field 5 years of experience in surgical device sales with a strong track record Skilled in operating room support and surgeon education Familiarity with medical reimbursement, especially for new technologies Proven success in account management and new product launch Strong clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills Ideal Candidate: Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-driven approach Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline Ability to influence stakeholders and drive clinical adoption Comfortable with frequent travel and working in cross-functional teams Committed to excellence in patient care and professional integrity
