Sherwin-Williams invites you to join our Management & Sales
Summer Internship Program, where you will receive firsthand
experience in sales management, customer relations, and operational
leadership within the vibrant paint and coatings industry. Our
internship offers a unique blend of hands-on training and
real-world exposure to sales and business development strategies,
specifically tailored for growth in our specialized market segment.
As an intern at Sherwin-Williams, you will be guided through
various aspects of our operations, providing you with a
comprehensive view of how we lead in the market by delivering
superior solutions to our diverse range of clients. Assist with
day-to-day sales strategies and executions. Interact with customers
to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Work
alongside team members on sales targets and marketing initiatives.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to understand
product features and benefits. Help manage inventory and ensure
product availability. Support the team in administrative duties and
customer service follow-ups. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Understanding of
sales principles and customer service practices. Medical Insurance
