talent. Job Description Unitek Learning is seeking a results-driven
Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations to lead the
operational execution of the Workforce Solutions go-to-market
strategy. This role is responsible for building and managing the
commercial operating infrastructure that supports scalable growth,
including segmentation, pipeline management, forecasting, sales
enablement, and GTM performance cadence. The Director of
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations partners closely with
Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Finance to ensure
disciplined execution as the business evolves and scales. This role
supports Unitek Workforce Solutions’ category-creation strategy by
enabling precision, consistency, and conversion across the GTM
motion. Design and operationalize the go-to-market framework for
Workforce Solutions Translate growth strategy into repeatable GTM
systems and processes Define and manage segmentation, ICPs, and
account prioritization models Own pipeline structure, CRM
governance, forecasting methodology, and data hygiene Establish and
run GTM performance cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Define the
sales enablement roadmap and ensure segmentation-aligned materials
exist Partner with Marketing to prioritize enablement assets and
campaigns (not content creation) Support conference and event
strategy from a commercial and ROI-driven perspective
Operationalize referral, channel, and alliance motions through
tracking and attribution Partner with Finance on compensation
mechanics and incentive alignment Serve as the primary GTM
operations partner to Sales leadership and the SVP Reduce reliance
on high-cost, low-conversion activities by prioritizing precision
over volume What Success Looks Like Clear segmentation and focused
account coverage Predictable, accurate pipeline and forecasting
Consistent use of enablement materials by Sales Improved sales
velocity and conversion rates Reduced dependency on executive
leadership for sales operations A scalable, disciplined GTM engine
that supports growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 8
years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue
Operations Proven experience building and scaling GTM systems in a
growth environment Strong analytical, operational, and
systems-thinking skills Experience partnering with senior sales
leadership Ability to influence without authority and drive
accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare,
workforce solutions, or education-adjacent industries Experience
supporting complex, consultative B2B sales cycles Advanced CRM and
GTM technology experience Experience working closely with executive
