Our client, a copper manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Shift: 1 st What’s the Job? Execute and exceed Building Wire Sales Develop the market by creating a strategic go-to-market strategy for identified territory with SWOT analysis by market to include plan, target accounts, distribution strategy for the region. Develop a strategy to identify and execute conversion opportunities for all Residential Electric Contractor (REC) accounts within defined territory Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption for client’s products within REC’s identified. Continued prospecting and account development activities that result in account conversion, sales, and a favorable impact to EBITDA What’s Needed? High School Diploma or GED required with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 8 years of sales experience in the electrical industry. Experience working in an Electrical Contractor capacity or working with electrical contractors is highly preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, Smartsheet, and experience with an ERP system strongly preferred. CRM experience required.
