Join our innovative team at BuyAZToday as a Real Estate Sales Agent where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio by integrating real estate properties into our diverse range of online offerings. Leveraging our strong market presence in Arizona, you will help launch and develop a new vertical specialized in residential and commercial real estate. This role is perfect for a dynamic sales professional who is keen on building relationships and crafting solutions that align perfectly with consumer needs and shopping conveniences. Develop a deep understanding of local real estate markets in Arizona to effectively source and list properties. Craft compelling property listings that integrate seamlessly with our online platform, emphasizing the unique selling points and attractive features of each property. Negotiate purchase and sale agreements with keen insight and fairness, ensuring competitive terms that meet client and company expectations. Host virtual and in-person property showings, providing informative and engaging presentations to potential buyers. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns specifically geared towards real estate offerings. Maintain a consistent line of communication with buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Stay updated on real estate laws, trends, and technologies that can enhance the shopping experience on BuyAZToday. Proven expertise in negotiation and sales Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a detailed, analytical approach Proficiency in using real estate tools and platforms Licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona Certification in sales or real estate management (preferred)
