Be a superhero in finding and researching motivated sellers of distressed propertiesUse your negotiation skills to get the best purchase prices and terms for our investorsShare your powers of persuasion by marketing wholesale properties to potential buyersKeep a watchful eye over each deal, from start to finishUse your X-ray vision to identify potential properties for acquisition in collaboration with real estate investorsKeep your skills up-to-date by continuously expanding your knowledge of the real estate market and wholesale strategies, education provided.Requirements:
