Job Type: In-office: Full-time, Day Shifts M-F 8-5 pm, Part-time, Flex Time

We are searching for a few high-energy, motivated, personable, but very thorough Appointment Setters to contact prospective clients - warm and qualified company-paid leads - via telephone, e-mail, and in some cases via social media FB, IG, or Linked In.

The Appointment Setter's responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and then scheduling a Zoom Call for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client. To be successful as an Appointment Setter, you should be determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding Appointment Setter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, including ways in which to garner interest in meeting with our Sales Representatives. Work Location: SVG Headquarters

Responsibilities:
--- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services
--- Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers, emails, etc provided to you
--- Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
--- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer
--- Scheduling a Zoom Call consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
--- We keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
--- Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact

Qualifications:
--- Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous
--- Past experience preferred setting Zoom Calls and/or using similar technology
--- Computer literate
--- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
--- Call Center experience
--- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
--- Excellent phone etiquette
--- A professional and courteous disposition
--- Persuasive and results-oriented
--- Full-time day shift Monday thru Friday - (8A - 5P)

Flex Schedule/Part-Time: Ability to create your own schedule and work evenings and weekends after you complete in-house training during your first 30 days.
