We are a dynamic and rapidly growing "We Buy Houses" real estate team that is experiencing growth. This growth has catapulted us into becoming one of the top Home Buyers in the area. We are currently seeking Inside Sales Agents. The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Please come with an open mind, be coachable, process-driven, and most importantly have a positive mindset and have some solution-based sales experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
