Responsible for maintaining automated manufacturing equipment in a proactive safe manner; identify, troubleshoot, and repair both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all facility equipment.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!Will work an 8 hour M-F day shift schedule and eventually transition to a 12 hour 2-2-3 night shift schedule.Hourly pay rate of $36-$38401k with company matchBenefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)40 hours of Paid Sick LeaveInsurance eligibility begins on 31st day of employment11 paid holidaysWHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled to drive down performance losses and increase equipment reliabilityParticipate in real time problem solving with operators while building operator technical skills and capabilityTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment with key plant indicators such as safety, quality and costBuild technical proceduresUtilize digital tools and tablets to input data into SAP and other online tools including Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO)REQUIREMENTS:High school Diploma or GED requiredIf Level I, associate degree/technical certificate in related field and less than 3 years of relevant work experienceIf Level II, associate degree/technical certificate in related field and/or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
