Looking for reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicians and Porter/Groundskeepers - We have positions available Valley-Wide!
**We offer WEEKLY Pay and public transportation subsidy** NO ON-CALL!

Maintenance Technicians: PAY IS $19.50-20.50/HR (WEEKLY PAY!!!)
- At least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel, multifamily, commercial, mobile home park)
- MUST have own basic hand tools
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance diagnosing/care
- Maintenance technicians are to ensure the completion of all make-ready apartments (turns), and service requests

Groundskeeper/Porters: PAY IS $16.50/HR (WEEKLY PAY!!!)
- No Experience is required
- Comfortable working primarily outside
- Trash outs
- Maintaining the grounds of the community
- Power washing, leaf blowing, and painting
