Quality Control Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute quality control procedures for Sales Product Resource Team (SPRT) and Pricing Analytics tasks
Act as a subject matter expert on SPRT processes and reporting for operational risk and customer remediation
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures Manuals (SOPM) and Desk Manuals for SPRT and Pricing Analytics

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
