Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consulting Employee who will develop
custom optical/material solutions and research state-of-the-art
optical and manufacturing solutions to meet end user
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom optical/material solutions
Research and leverage state-of-the-art optical and manufacturing
solutions
Model and characterize materials in the electromagnetic frequency
bands
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with 15-20+ years of
relevant experience
Experience in innovative materials design and development,
specifically optical materials
Experience working with DoD customers in the Survivability
domain
