Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Process Analyst Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Define strategic direction for the department to reduce overall
risk of IT changes
Lead data gathering for application and infrastructure change
services
Manage change risk processes, coordinate change communications, and
ensure progress is visible across the enterprise
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical
discipline
Minimum of six years of work experience in technical
infrastructure, IT process design/improvement, or IT project
management
Experience implementing standards and practices for change and
release management
Working knowledge of project management methods and application
development lifecycle
Experience developing strategy for cross-functional service
management teams
