Job Description:

A company is looking for an Insurance Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess business operations, review existing policies and procedures, and recommend improvements
Lead change management initiatives, develop SOPs, and maintain project tracking dashboards
Gather data and business requirements, provide project management support, and analyze data for reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1-3 years of experience in business or operations, project management, or problem-solving
Experience working with Salesforce, Excel, and Visio
Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred
Experience building reporting dashboards and analyzing data
