Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding, adoption, and integration of the company's
technology platform for global clients
Develop consultative approach to understand customer needs and map
them to software, service, and CRO products
Manage client integrations, provide onboarding training, and
support product usage and features
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of CRM Management or SaaS experience
Good understanding of student recruitment and marketing, preferably
Slate
Awareness of broad IT solution stack, including analytics and
integration approaches
Specific experience with CRMs such as Slate, Salesforce, Dynamics
365, and/or HubSpot
Understanding of conversion rate optimization UX and landing page
design
