As Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for pick, pack and shipping, maintaining accurate documentation, quality assurance, exceptional customer support and fulfills customer sales orders. The associate must establish a positive work relationship with co-workers and must possess a keen attention to detail for this position. What makes this exciting:RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments which includes coordination with freight forwarders. Collect paperwork and prepare items for shipment including the proper application of shipping labels and bills of lading.Responsible for Quality Assurance Audit of shipment contents. Preparation of shipments utilizing FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship SystemsDetermines efficient and cost-effective methods of moving goods from one location to another.Create Pro-Formas and Commercial Invoicing for International Shipping.Responds quickly to urgent, customer facing issues.Assists in the loading and unloading of trucksSupport Timely and Accurate fulfillment shipment of all Customer OrdersPrepare shipments for 'RTV' Return to Vendor or RMAProvide shipping costs using Freight SystemMust be able to plan activities effectively and efficiently. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure facility What you bring to our vision:REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year experience in Warehouse Associate requiredPicking and Recieving experience in a Distribution Center Environment requiredInventory experience preferredDomestic & International Shipping Experience in a Distribution Center Environment preferredMust be able to fill out Bill of Lading for LTL and TL ShipmentsUnderstands how to use FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multi-tasking skills and effective organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to climb stairs, ladders, and step stoolsAbility to lift 25-30 lbs routinelyOccasionally lift over 50 lbs Why Barron Lighting Group:Barron Lighting Group in Glendale, Arizona has over 49 years of experience manufacturing and marketing high quality lighting products.
