Experience Level:Entry LevelDescription:In a safe, efficient and professional manner, the HVAC Technician will perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial of HVAC systems for the Client. Experience should include maintenance of ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps and VAVs, DDCs and ventilation systems. Technician will perform tests, rounds and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment. Maintenance experience of chillers, boilers and kitchen equipment would be a plus. Other duties include, but not limited to, evaluating systems and providing recommendations, maintaining a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager, while adhering to all safety and health standards.
