This position assists System Analysts II with planning, designing, developing, and implementation of efficient information systems and operations of systems in support of core organizational functions. This position applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Under general supervision, this position accepts, prioritizes and completes core system enhancement requests from internal members, meeting or exceeding projected timelines for project completion. Responsible for assigned project progress, smooth system operation, and quality of service of these areas.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:Thorough understanding of network, PC operating systems and core system.General understanding of the credit union's products and services and how they relate to the operating system.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One year to three years of similar or related experience.SKILLS/ABILITIES:Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate Associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
