Job Description:
As a Construction Superintendent you will be managing staff to
ensure that projects are delivered on time. In addition, the
Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and allocating
budgets, general operations, daily schedule, and compliance and
safety on site.We are looking for somebody with heavy civil
experience, preferably in highway, federal / government work, and
ADOT as well as the following qualifications below:-3+ years of
Construction Superintendent experience-Knowledge of safety, health,
and expected quality for construction job sites-Holds a High School
Diploma or GED -In-depth understanding of construction operations
and processes -Ability to lead
