Job Description:

National law firm has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, direct-hire Help Desk Specialist in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities: The incumbent provides technical support to platform employees, and assist with projects and other IT Department tasks as needed. Provide technical support by answering help desk calls as needed for all staff members, both in-house and remote; Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IS Department tracking system; Configure, deliver and install computers and peripherals; Setup and support presentations and meetings; Move and install PC's as set up and take down equipment; Interact with servers and communication services; Complete various tasks and projects as assigned; Part of on-call after-hours support rotation; Travel on occasion to other offices for support and/or projects as needed including overtime when needed. Qualifications: Must have at least two solid years of desk-side support as well as remote experience; Solid experience troubleshooting Windows and Windows applications; Experience with personal computer hardware problem diagnosis; Knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite 2010/2013/2016.
