Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSEThe Quality Systems Architect is a hands-on data analyst, technologist and designer who has experience in informationmanagement and data warehousing technologies to provide expertise in the areas of business intelligence, data analytics,data mining, visualization, assessment of data quality and consistency across platforms, products for business and clinicalareas.ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement and manage portals, dashboards, analytic tools and reporting platforms to deliverinformation to analysts and end users. Develop and document data sources, systems and integrations that support the clinical function. Provide data extract requested for external entities and ensure compliance. Design, develop and implement extract, transform and load (ETL) processes to transform structured,unstructured and disparate source data into the target data store(s)/data warehouse(s)/data mart(s). Ensure Data Integrity and Data Quality frameworks are applied to BI Infrastructure. Coordinate with Program Managers for focused delivery of solutions. Propose, develop, and deploy automation and assistive technologies to enhance existing processes, to supportnew processes and to introduce efficiencies where possible. Ensure adherence to relevant Change Control policies, and other standards/practices related to releaseprogression. Develop and demonstrate relevant Proof-of-Concept solutions to leadership for consideration. Assist in the development of end user documentation, particularly around interpretation of analytics andreporting. Collaborate and develop end user requirements to assist in the development of presentation technologies. Provide knowledge, advice and support to Information Analysts with respect to data extraction, presentationand understanding.-LI-DH Microsoft BI, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, enterprisedata warehouse Qualifications: Required Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, MIS, relatedfield or equivalent work experience may be considered. Relevant experience in health sector preferred. Minimum (7) years of experience in relevant enterprisedata warehouse and BI development roles. Minimum (7) years of experience with Microsoft BItechnologies including SSAS, SSIS, SSRS and Power BI. Experience using agile methodologies is a plus.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilitiesand Training Experience building and querying from a variety ofelectronic medical or health-record (EMR/EHR) andfinancial systems. Strong foundation in multidimensional data modelling,such as star schemas, snowflakes, normalized and de- normalized models, handling dimensions/attributes. Understanding of master data management, slowlychanging dimensions, flexible data warehousing patternsand data modelling techniques. Experience in discovering organizational and userrequirements and transform through data processing. Bringing all aspects of data, analytics and UI together topresent data to meet the needs of the audience. Strong working knowledge of SQL query language, SQLServer and other Relational Database ManagementSystems (RDBMS). Strong development skills, relevant to data warehousing,analytics, reporting and related technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities, be flexible and haveexcellent time management. High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to relate and communicate effectively in both thetechnical and business settings to stakeholders andcolleagues from different backgrounds and levels ofunderstanding. The ability to describe abstract technologyand data concepts to non-technical users.A compensation range of $88,000 - $115,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
