Are you an experienced professional in utility development projects? Growing company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Utility Project Coordinatorto lead and oversee development projects, ensuring smooth coordination between developers, municipalities, and company divisions.What Youll Do:

• Serve as a key liaison between company departments, developers, and agencies
• Prepare and manage development agreements in coordination with legal teams
• Oversee project tracking, compliance, and approvals to meet company standards
• Lead meetings with developers, municipalities, and utilities to coordinate new projects
• Ensure all necessary permits, easements, and approvals are secured before construction
• Train and guide company employees on development services proceduresWhat Were Looking For:? Education/Experience:
  • 2+ years of college coursework in civil or mechanical engineering OR 6 years of experience in water infrastructure design/review
  • 5+ years in technical review or design of water infrastructure with a utility company? Skills & Knowledge:
    • Understanding of engineering, design, and construction principles
    • Knowledge of ADEQ, ADWR, ACC regulations, mapping, drafting, and materials used in water systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Earth Pro, and ARCGIS
    •

    • Must obtain an ADEQ Grade 2 Water Distribution Certification within 12 months of start date.
