Responsibilities:

As aClinicianyou will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, group/individual counseling, crisis management and coordination of care. You will prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling to our members, to include crisis management, as needed. Other duties include coordination of care, therapeutic interventions and completing thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications Qualifications:

• 
  
• A Master's degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a behavioral health field, Arizona license or eligible for Arizona
  
  license
  
• Must have ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate
  
• Experience in the specific area of work applied for
  
• Possesses ability to keyboard
  
• Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and
  
  meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card
  
  (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  
• Must pass a TB Test.
  
• Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired, not required
