Hotel: Phoenix Glendale Renaissance Spa Associate Part time Atrium SPIRIT - where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellence Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Spa Associate is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience, ensuring guests receive professional and personalized service. Work Performed: TheSpaAssociatewill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

• Greetguestsenteringthe spa, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specificdestination;
• Manage telephone calls to the Spa, includinganswering, screening, or forwarding
• Scheduleand calendarappointments;
• Explain spa menu, pricing and other policies toguests;
• Supportadministrative tasks, such as proofreading/transcribing handwritten informationand filing/ maintainingrecords;
• Maintain, clean, and disinfect retailarea;
• Process payments, receipts, and recordsforspaservices; and
• Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of theposition. Qualifications: Required Prior Experience: Prior retails or customer service experience Required Prior Experience: 3 months experience in spaoroffice environment Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Technology: Basic Microsoft office knowledge Physical: Ability to lift, pull and push up to 30 poundsoccasionally Other: Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekendsand holidays. __________________________________________________ When you're an Atrium Associate, you're a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate 'Home Away From Home' for our guests.
