Job description Production Welders/Fabricator- MIG- (EXTENSION/MAIN) EARLY MORNING, 1st SHIFT, Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm - Fridays when necessary. Established Valley Company seeking reliable, self-motivated steel fabricator with minimum 5 years' experience fabricating equipment such as chutes, tanks and drums. A full understanding of shop equipment, weld symbols and print reading is required. Shop equipment includes plate rolls, press brake, iron worker and shear. Primarily MIG welding in all positions. Day shift, 4-10's are typical. Great benefit package includes PTO, profit sharing and 401k. Compensation DOE Required Tools: Welding Helmet, Chipper Hammer, 4" Grinder, Large Crescent Wrench, Pipe Wrench, Speed Square, Tri Square, Carpenters Square, Pliers, Vice Grips, 5LB Hammer, Chisel, Set of Metric & Standard Allen Wrench's. Fabrication involves laying out, cutting, and fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object. This is highly detailed work and requires the Welder Fabricator to be knowledgeable of many techniques and tools. Requirements: * Fabricating and manufacturing built to order, custom parts * Fabricators need to be able to read and understand blueprints * Able to stand on your feet for standard 10-12 hour shifts * Able to lift 50lbs consistently * Able to kneel, bend, squat and twist to perform required duties * Attention to detail * Basic Math * Ability to read a tape measure with accuracy is a MUST
