A company is looking for a Bilingual Medical Information Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:

Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints
Conduct study compliance calls and enroll participants in educational seminars
Provide patient support and collect demographic data for Patient Support Programs

Required Qualifications:

Current US healthcare professional license: RN
Bilingual
Competency with computer and call center telephone technology
Ability to work independently and within a group setting
Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
