Job Description:
A company is looking for a Narrative Designer for their
games.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement an immersive and engaging game world that
supports the online game experience and serves as the central lore
for the gaming ecosystem
Create a story/lore bible as a consistent reference point for all
teams building extensions into the game world
Collaborate with development teams, designers, artists, marketing,
and community teams to drive the vision of the game world
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in a narrative role in games and
interactive media
Experience as the Narrative Lead on a shipped game product
Excellent writing skills with a focus on creating captivating lore
and mythology
Ability to manage a team of writers and provide feedback
Passion for storytelling in games and ability to adapt to a rapidly
changing environment
