Job Description:
A company is looking for an RFC Process Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up clubs using forwarding to collection agency service
Process Returned for Collection (RFC) activities
Review and respond to member complaints and online activities
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of I870, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center experience beneficial
Three months experience in Member or Client Services
Basic math skills
