The emphasis on each of these areas will depend on the unit assigned. Job Description Summary
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant Program

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
Minimum of two (2) year current experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant preferred

Required License/Certification:
Current California Certified Nurse Assistant License.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) card from the American Heart Association.
AB 508 Certification (except Perinatal units). If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer into the department, and maintained by renewal before expiration date

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.50 - $27.01.
