This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing engaging, effective, and large-scale learning programs using successful strategies while applying an agile approach.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Experience with SharePoint (document access, upload/sharing, storage)
    Telecommuting Requirements:
    • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
    • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
    • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
      Soft Skills:
      • Can work through ambiguity.
      • Experience in conducting learning analysis.
      • Work samples and/or portfolio submitted with application
      • Ability to self-manage projects that are less structured but address complex issues.
      • Experience in project management, planning skills and working on multiple projects at a time
      • Any experience building engaging, effective, online learning courses and tools, and using current and successful strategies within a corporate environment.
      • Experience with incorporating multiple media elements into learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics.
