LOOKING FOR REMOTE REPRESENTATIVES - NOTE: This position is ONSITE the first 8 weeks for training and then goes FULLY remote. You MUST reside in AZ- Description: We are looking for Representatives to provide outstanding customer service related to the health care community. You will respond to inbound calls and chat messages regarding authorizations for medical and behavioral health care, provider status and availability, or claims payment and status. We are looking for individuals who can accurately assess caller requests, answer caller inquires and processes requests while focusing on first call resolution and/or appropriate call escalation protocols. You may be required to make some outbound calls for follow ups. Pay Rate : $17+ Hour Duration: 6 to 8 Month Contract (could be offered a permanent position depending on performance) Start Date: March 20th, 2023 (3.20.23) Location : 100% REMOTE after Training in North Phoenix, AZ ( Onsite Training located near I-17 & Greenway) Onsite training the first 8 weeks. You MUST be able to attend and complete the 8 weeks of onsite training to move fully remote Schedule/Hours: M-F, with availability between 6am and 7pm. You will be given an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation. Top Skills Details: Customer service, Call center (Inbound and outbound), Data entry, Customer support, Microsoft office, Tech Support, Health care, Insurance, and Medical billing Additional Skills & Qualifications: -High Volume Call Center Candidates -Tech Support, Delivery Services (Logistic Call Centers), Claims Call Centers -Call Center Sales Backgrounds or any role that needed researching with a call handle time -Familiar with working on a High Volume Auto Dialer Required: - 1 year of Healthcare, Call Center experience, Or position w/ performance metrics i.e. Call Adherence - High School diploma or GED - Experience using Microsoft Office products and the Internet Preferred: - Contact center experience to include call center chat messaging - Military experience focusing on service delivery -Please note: Healthcare Experience is NOT Mandatory BUT is Really Preferred Work From Home Requirements:- An internet connection with 20Mb+ download and 8Mb - 5Mb upload speeds is REQUIRED.- Candidate's will test their internet speed to ensure they can meet this requirement before selected to proceed.Workspace:- Employees who work from home are required to have a quiet and private workspace in the home to protect PHI (Patient Health Information) at all times.If you match the skills and requirements listed above, or are interested to hear more about this opportunity simply apply to this job posting!
