eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARY:The Quality
Supervisor leads a variety of food safety systems/inspections and
provides leadership to the Quality Specialists to ensure compliance
with quality standards. Manages finished product release criteria
and product disposition (i.e. net contents, sensory program,
Critical Control Point [CCP]). Responsibilities will include
leadership of internal auditing program, recording statistical data
and analyzing production data to verify compliance or determine
deviation from existing standards. Works closely with the Quality
and Operations Teams to help identify, solve and prevent problems
affecting quality and food safety.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure
that factory quality compliance programs are effectively
implemented, validated, and maintained to ensure that all products
are manufactured in a sanitary and wholesome environment. Ensure
that effective/efficient compliance is managed through an effective
and robust internal audit program. Ensure that this program
complies with Nestle internal policies and procedures, as well as
with any regulatory requirements.Manages the factory Product
Release Procedures and ensures that it has been implemented and
maintained effectively. Serves as primary contact with the 3rd
party audit partner and ensures that joint factory specific
objectives are established and achieved.Leads team responsible for
design and build of digital product release system review process
at the factory for existing and new process equipment, as well as
the facility structure, including early management of design and
capital review process. Provides leadership and direction in
digital quality strategy.Administers and manages the factory Net
Contents Program.Coordinates digital systems training and
development of employees for all quality related digital systems
(areas include: SAP, Net Contents, other Nestle Digital Modules).
Active participant in Quality training for the factory and
contractors.Active member of the factory HACCP / Food Safety team.
Duties include supporting PRP verification activities and providing
the link with these activities back to the Food Safety team.SAFETY
& ENVIRONMENTALEnsures compliance with all regulatory and Nestle
guidelines pertaining to safety, health, and environmental.To be
part of the culture change towards behavioral safety
improvement.REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:Bachelors
Degree in Microbiology, Food Science /Technology, or related field
required.EXPERIENCE:Prefer individual with Quality Systems
Background (Compliance/Digital Systems).Prefer individual with
familiarity in LACF or other Aseptic Processing ExperienceMinimum
of 3-5 years in Food Plant Sanitation, Quality / Supervisory
experience preferred.Knowledge in Food Safety / HACCP / FSMA / GFSI
/ BRC / SQF / 5S & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Basic
knowledge in Hygienic Design, Quality Management, Project
Management, Competent in microbiological lab environment.219642It
