Employment Type: Full-time with benefits after 60 daysDepartment Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am-7:00pm & Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Reports to: Edgar Oganesyan, Service ManagerCompany Overview: Family-owned & Operated since 1982 State of the Art Facility Honest, Inviting, & Innovative Culture Paid Time Off Health Insurance covered at 75% and Complimentary Life Insurance Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Plans at group rates 401K & Matching Employer Contribution Tenured Leadership Team Opportunities for Growth & Development Qualifications: Client satisfaction with some rental car experience is preferred Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining safe driving protocols Detail-oriented and attentive to customers' needs Ability to easily engage in conversation and personalize customer interactions Superior work ethic, dependability and professionalism Current driver's license with less than 2 points High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Surroundings: position requires to stand for long periods of time in an air-conditioned office, spend some time outdoors exposed to the weather and elements Infrequently: sitting On a regular basis: standing, walking, bending, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and/or lifting overhead, grabbing with hands, pushing and pulling heavy machinery Job-Specific Duties May Include: Manage the greeter station when required setting the tone with the first impression, wear radio headpiece at all times Ability to open and close loaner agreements with the time scope defined by management Accurately check in vehicles on the service drive ensuring all lot damage is noted and charged appropriately Research all vehicles which display idle days and ensure they are loaned out the same day Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests who have questions or issues with courtesy vehicles Perform hourly check-ins on lot and daily to do lists Utilize computer programs specific to the department such as MyKaarma, X-time, TSD, Microsoft and Gmail Suites Perform miscellaneous tasks, reports and duties as needed Disclaimer:To qualify for employment, the top candidates must submit to a pre-employment investigation that includes a background check, MVR, drug testing & proof of Covid-19 Vaccine.
