**Responsibilities**
**About this opportunity:**
Under the direction of the Program Director, serves as a clinical
resource providing expert direction and support for care of
patients with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal,
genitourinary, and integumentary systems, such as complex draining
wounds, ostomies, fistulae, dermal ulcers, tubes and incontinence.
Responsible for patient care, quality initiatives, and
compliance.
**Qualifications:**
Three (3) years of recent experience as a registered nurse. Two (2)
years of wound care, management and/or educator experience within
patient care services preferred. Bachelors degree in Nursing or
related field preferred. Completion of WOC Nursing Education
Program (WOCNEP) accredited by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence
Nurses Society (WOCN). Certification by WOCNB as CWOCN or CWON.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support required. Current California
license as a Registered Nurse.

**Qualifications**
+ Three (3) years of recent experience as a registered nurse.
+ Two (2) years of wound care, management and/or educator
experience within patient care services is preferred.
+ Completion of WOC Nursing Education Program (WOCNEP) accredited
by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN) is
required within one year of hire/transfer.
+ Certification by WOCNB as CWOCN or CWON is required within 18
months of hire or transfer.
+ Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office Platform.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Current California license as a Registered Nurse
