Job Information

We are actively hiring for an Inclusion and Belonging Consultant to join our team. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! This role is responsible for driving, and executing the company's diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIBs) strategy aligned across our four pillars: Workforce, Workplace, Communities/Marketplace and Members. The ideal candidate must have a proven success in developing new programs, processes, and initiatives that produce desired outcomes that will foster inclusive leadership; boost collaboration and innovation; eliminate hidden barriers to success; and empower the company to attract, retain and advance top talent with diverse cultural backgrounds. This position can be a Remote role if candidate resides in one of our approved hiring states.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs designed to foster inclusivity, eliminate barriers to success, and attract, retain, and advance top diversity talent.

  • Influence the firm's strategic diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives across our four pillars: Workforce, Workplace, Communities and Marketplace and Members

  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to better support and develop talent from underrepresented backgrounds.

  • Partner with the operations and marketing teams to identify and develop strategies to ensure understanding of diverse markets.

  • Keep abreast of external diversity best practices, trends, and learnings to make recommendations for new initiatives to ensure that CSAA IG is a leader in the diversity and inclusion space.

  • Utilize change management methodologies to increase impact and effectiveness of initiatives

  • Develop and analyze metrics for measuring progress and effectiveness of the company's diversity and inclusion strategy.

  • Design and execute DIBs learning curriculum that supports culture of inclusion and belonging.

What would make us excited about you?

  • Bachelors Degree in a Social Science, Business, Legal, Human Resources, Management; other related disciplines.

  • Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience; or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

  • Five (5) or more years driving corporate diversity initiatives and programs as an employee of the organization.

  • Diversity & Inclusion certification (preferred)

  • Masters Degree (preferred)

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, inclusive leadership style, strategic and innovative thinking, persuading, and influencing, professional presence and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project charters, project plans, status reports, communication and change management plans.

  • Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, planning, structuring project deliverables and problem solving.

  • Proven ability to influence leaders at the highest level within the organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful, collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and internal and external constituent groups.

  • Resilient, entrepreneurial and proactive-- able to lead and develop initiatives and programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven credibility and a demonstrated ability to inspire trust, motivate in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment, and promote and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.

In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $116,000-$137,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay. Please note, hourly or salary compensation, or the range of hourly or salary compensation available for a position may vary by location. We reserve the right to amend these benefits at any time and actual compensation will be determined at time of offer.
