The position works with center, administrative and district personnel to achieve organizational goals in a timely and professional manner. By sharing information with the appropriate audience and maintaining an open line of communication, the position develops and maintains positive working relationships with organizational departments, referring school districts and parents/students through professional communication, ensuring the organization's vision, mission and goals are upheld.Position Details:Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail.Participates in the preparation of reports and presentations.Provides assistance with scheduling and weekly reporting as needed.Receives, reviews, and enters data into internal and external systems according to established procedures.Processes information and records in an efficient manner so that data remain current and accurate and deadlines are met.Assists in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system.Generates reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested.Participates in all relevant Ombudsman and district training's.Maintains confidential information.Contributes to team effort and accomplishes related results as required.Join the Ombudsman Educational Services Family!- YouTubeChanceLight Story.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
