We're looking for people with a passion for caring!Help us in our mission to support clients in their homes throughout the north valley including North Phoenix, Arrowhead Ranch, Lake Pleasant, New River, Anthem, Desert Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Desert Ridge, Tatum Ranch, and others. Home Instead caregivers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.Guaranteed FULL TIME and PART TIME positions are available!CNA license (CNA), Caregiver CertificationHome Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). or other applicable certifications preferred but not required!We are specifically looking for full-time weekend caregivers, but we are hiring for all shifts and schedules: Day, Night, Weekend, Part Time and Full Time.Primary responsibilities:

• Companionship and conversation
• Client engagement and socialization
• Maintain client--dignity
• Building relationship and trust with clients and families
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation/cooking
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's and other dementia care
• Personal Care including bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Mobility Assistance
• Transfer clients from bed to chair, etc.
• Accurately chart and record information using a mobile app or written--journal
• Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial mannerRequirements:
  • CPR/1st Aid certification--
  • Clear TB Test
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Clear Background Test
  • Clear Drug Screen
  • Complete a criminal background check, reference check, motor vehicle record--check and drug screen
