Job Description:

2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AMProduce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and solder circuit card assemblies (CCAs) to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Will be required to complete formal J Std solder training. Hand soldering or process equipment experience recommended. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of CCA build required. Relies on work instructions and pre-established processes to perform the functions of the job. Reports to a supervisor with direction from a work flow specialist.Special Considerations:--- Demonstrated ability to understand and follow written directions.--- Ability to analyze information and concepts--- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently--- Ability to identify key details--- Ability to self-inspect--- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity and the ability to work under a microscope--- Creative thinking and idea generation--- Significant hand soldering and/or process equipment experience--- Ability to communicate information clearly
