IMMEDIATE OPENING Creative Human Resources Concepts, LLC (CHRC) is currently recruiting for a 1-year assignment for a client located in the Mesa, AZ. Lineman Journey Level (4 positions in Mesa, AZ) JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs highly skilled, journey-level transmission, distribution and electrical work. Lineman needed to maintain 4-man crews and to construct service deliveries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Installation, construction, maintenance and repair of underground and overhead electrical transmission, distribution and service lines, transformers, meters, metering equipment, electrical substations and related equipment. Climbing raised poles, ladders and towers. Replacements and Inspections of Pole, vault/vault lid and transformers. Respond to outages and assist with system reconfiguration required for various projects Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: High school diploma or GED or any combination of training, education and related experience Must have completion of an apprenticeship program in the lineman trade. 6 months to 1-year experience as a journey-level lineman engaged in high voltage electrical lines and equipment Must have experience being rubber gloved and working on energized lines Must fully understand and have the ability to build a 3-phase transformer bank Must possess a valid Arizona Class A Commercial Drivers License by hire date Must have a valid First Aid card with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or be able to obtain prior to hire Must be SAFE at all times, highly reliable and be able to work with a team as well as independently Able to meet all physical requirements for this job Any job offer may be contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screen, criminal background check, DMV report, past employment verification, reference checks and fingerprinting. All qualified candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States. HOURS: Mon-Thu 5:30am to 4:00pm 40 hours per week PAY RATE/BENEFITS: $45.33 Per hour Basic medical, vision, dental, life insurance, holiday.
