Responsible for the daily completion of tasks integral to
maintaining the excellent condition of the facility and grounds.
This role performs highly diversified duties, to include, general
facility upkeep and repairs, general electrical work, plumbing,
equipment and plant cleaning, inside and outside work, fabrication
and assembly, and assistance with operations equipment PMs as
The Facilities Tech will make certain that Safety and Quality
are at the forefront of all activities for both themselves and
their teammates. This role will work closely with other maintenance
team members as well as other departments including Operations,
Quality and Logistics to ensure daily and weekly tasks are being
completed on-time and according to standard operating
Core Duties& Responsibilities:
Comply with all established job safety practices, policies and
procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the
safe performance of work; including, but not limited to: LOTO, hot
work permits, confined space entry, arc flash safety, etc.
Identify and communicate unsafe work practices or procedures
Maintain the building and other assigned areas, inside and out,
in a high state of condition and appearance.
Perform general upkeep and repairs to lighting, walls, floors,
plumbing, electrical, filtration, and mechanical systems as
May have to work with contractors as required.
Perform assigned central plant, equipment, tank farm, and other
equipment cleaning as required.
Assist with weekly packaging line PMs.
Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and
provide maintenance support in a highspeed manufacturing
Perform clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
Ensure quality, and sanitation standards are met at all
Supply and maintain required hand tools.
Use Computerized Maintenance Management Software to track
completion of assigned work.
Recognize waste streams and minimizes waste generation through

Comply with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or
handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
Perform other job duties as required.
Key Performance Indicators:
Role will be required to complete annual safety, GMP, and HACCP
training as well as be measured according to the skills within the
department. Training and development will occur over time.
Role will be responsible for the ongoing management of
Performance Indicators (PIs) within the position; and collaboration
of cross-functional PI’s and KPIs relating to brewery process
performance. Current measures include but are not limited to:
GMP/Customer and Sanitation Audit Results
Work Order completion - On-time Assigned work/completed work
Cost/Inventory Management– Efficient use of materials
Maintenance Plan Execution– Work Order Planned vs Completed
Experience, Education, and Certifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
5 or more years of warehouse, casino, hotel or factory
facilities maintenance; general plant electrical, mechanical, and
Scissor or Boom Lift Certification or Training
Experience sourcing parts and materials for general plant
Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
Reliable and punctual - must adhere to attendance and
