Management leader to own the lifecycle of complex programs and
initiatives, as we become a multi-product company and expand our

What you will do :
Own and lead a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives
end-to-end, using a wide range of program management expertise and
your ability to use company objectives to unblock teams and
increase velocity across the organization.
Leverage your proven experience and standards (PMBOK, Agile, Six
Sigma, Prince II, etc.) to develop a world-class program/project
management center of excellence at DISQO.
Develop strong working relationships cross-functionally, and
across all levels of the organization, to best understand and
deliver on our business goals and priorities.
Lead senior stakeholder meetings, escalate effectively when
necessary, and find a path forward in any situations.
Develop effective dashboards, reports and executive briefings
that result in the right decisions and actions being taken quickly,
and with confidence.
What you bring to the table :
A self-starter with 10+ years of experience in an EPMO
structure, successfully delivering complex business critical
cross-functional programs at fast-growing tech companies,
preferably in SaaS, Data and/or MarTech space
Exceptional skills in assessing, summarizing, and presenting
business or operational priorities and decision-points for
effective, timely and efficient management/executive
decision-making. Strong meeting facilitation skills and negotiation
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills,
including capacity to comfortably interface with senior
A combination of certifications across Lean Expert, Six Sigma
Green/Yellow/Black Belt, Agile/Scrum, PMP, CPM, BCM and ProSci.
