DISQO is looking for an experienced Business Operations leader
to build our Operational Excellence capabilities, as we become a
multi-product company and expand our global footprint.

What you will do :
Develop a deep understanding of our business and be the person
that can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for
improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
Help build Operational Excellence, as a new capability, as DISQO
grows in both size and complexity.
Foster empathy for your stakeholders, their interests and needs
to ensure teams can sustain and embrace changes through clear
communication, engagement, and appropriate governance throughout
the implementation of operational excellence programs.
As a shared resource, you will support and ensure that
functional leaders’ performance metrics are consistently met. In
first order, equip managers with world-class capacity planning,
individual performance measurement and benchmarking
Lead and conduct rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the
current state and model future outcomes for business performance,
and ultimately scale. Identify and recommend process improvement
opportunities to increase productivity, performance and customer
Help define and execute business systems and reporting strategy
to provide functional teams with timely and actionable
Own and manage cadences across operations, including monthly and
quarterly business reviews.
What you bring to the table :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or other related fields
or equivalent work experience at high growth tech startups in SaaS,
Data and/or MarTech. MBA a plus
A self-starter with a minimum of 10 years in business and/or
sales operations experience with a demonstrated track record of
metrics and quota attainment
2-4 years at one of the Big Three management consulting firms
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement business
processes, procedures and policies that yield measurable impact
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of
complex data and translate the results into actionable
Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving
Experience in developing and making effective presentations to
A combination of certifications across Lean Expert, Six Sigma
Green/Yellow/Black Belt, CPM, Prince II, BCM and ProSci.
Advanced Visual Basic for Application (VBA) programming
Advanced SQL experience strongly preferred as is experience with
