Reimbursement Program Job Summary: This position prepares our
trailers for painting and ensures the paint line flows in an
efficient manner and as scheduled. Essential Functions Read and
interpret work orders to ensure trailers are loaded in the correct
order and relevant accessories are also prepared and hung to be
painted with the trailer. Climb ladders, scaffolding, or platforms
to hang and remove trailers from the overhead trolley system.
Thoroughly wash and rinse all trailers prior to painting using
specialized high-pressure wash wand. Visually inspect trailers
before, during, and after the prep, wash, and paint process to
ensure there are no defects or quality concerns. Manually or
mechanically move trailers through the paint process from beginning
to end. Enter information into computer regarding completed
trailers or quality issues. Ensure frequently used accessories are
painted and available for use in the assembly process. Maintain a
safe, clean, and organized work environment. Assist in other areas
and perform other duties, as needed. (This is not intended to be a

required for this job.) Qualifications and Requirements High School
Diploma or GED preferred or other equivalent and relevant
demonstrated skills and experience. Ability to be energetic and
focused while working in a team-oriented environment. Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of
attention to detail. Must be able to read and interpret work orders
and thoroughly complete paperwork/documents. Physical Requirements
Must be able to maintain safety while working effectively and
efficiently. Must be able to wear all required PPE for the
position, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing
protection, hard hat, face shield, steel or composite toe footwear,
waterproof boots. Must be able to lift or assist with lifting up to
80 lbs. frequently. Must be able to stand and walk continuously
throughout the shift. Frequently climbs ladders and scaffolding to
hang and remove trailers. Must be able to crouch, stoop, bend, and
reach frequently throughout the shift. May be exposed to cleaning
solutions and chemicals as well as paint fumes. May use hand tools
and high-pressure wash wand and equipment. Will be exposed to high
