Job Description Silica Services LLC is Hiring a Plant Supervisor Plant Supervisor Compensation & Benefits: Earn $80,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience) Relocation Options Available! Company-provided equipment Medical, dental, & vision insurance through Alliant Paid Time Off & Holidays Shift Supervisor Position Overview: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of production workers Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime Plant Supervisor Requirements 3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing environment At least 5 years of mining experience Leadership or supervisory experience welcomed Strong knowledge of safety protocols and plant operations Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment High school diploma or equivalent Who We Are We are the most efficient supplier of high-purity silica sand and fine aggregate to industries across Arizona and the southwestern United States.
