We are looking for an experienced legal assistant who can help the busy attorneys and paralegals at our law office assist clients. You'll be responsible for reviewing and organizing incoming documents and coordinating with clients when we need additional information. We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on our fun, supportive, and committed team. Responsibilities:
--- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
--- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
--- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel heard

Qualifications:

--- Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs
--- Candidates should have strong organizational skills and communication skills
--- 1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm environment as a secretary or administrative assistant
--- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
