Job Description:

Big Auto Accident Attorneys has an opening to join their team as an Intake Manager.--Your primary role will be to answer and assess incoming potential clients to determine if they should be represented by Big Auto Accident Attorneys.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Communicate with prospective clients by phone and in person
--- Make follow-up calls to potential clients
--- Create write-up packets and send to qualified Social Security Disability clients
--- Review all cases and correctly enter all data in appropriate system
--- Locate and review police reports
--- Initiate contact with insurance companies to open claims
--- Complete conflict checks
--- Complete Accurint searches, obtain verification reports and manage documents by scanning and saving them to appropriate locations in the system
--- Prepares closing and turn-back letters

Qualifications:
--- High School Diploma/GED
--- Paralegal Certification is preferred
--- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
--- Exceptional time management skills
--- Ability to understand and demonstrate cultural awareness
--- Strong ethical values
--- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
--- Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone.
--- Familiarity with Arizona State Law
