Candidates must meet the follow criteria:
Must have 1-3years' experiencein personal injury law as an attorney.
Job Description:
---Must be able to take and defend depositions
---know the rules of evidence Draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury
---Make court appearances as necessary
---Prepare all pre-trial documents - willing to teach Compile all possible information,evidenceand documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
---Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial Negotiate claims
Job Type:

---Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
---Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Free gym membership
---Schedule: Monday to Friday
---Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay License/Certification: Bar (Preferred)
