Lunch is provided daily.We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to prosecute cases in state and federal court with a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience.
This individual must be efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
The attorneys primary role will be to litigate from inception through trial.
Expect to have a full-time equivalent of one legal secretary/paralegal to help you.Duties include:
drafting and reviewing complaints
drafting and reviewing responsive pleadings
discovery and related litigation
appearing for hearings/depositions
keeping clients happy by regularly communicating with them
About 95% of the works we do is plaintiff's personal injury and about 5% is civil litigation. Ideal candidate will have an 8+ years PI background.
