Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We seek a full-time,
detail-oriented, and proactive Project Scheduler/Coordinator with
experience supporting data center construction or infrastructure
projects. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and
coordinating project timelines, budgets, and documentation across
multiple large-scale deployments. You'll work closely with project
managers, field supervisors, vendors, and other departments to
ensure the successful execution and delivery of data center
projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team

communication, and scheduling are critical. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the execution of multiple data center
infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout. Create, maintain,
and update project schedules, timelines, and milestones using
internal tools and systems. Set up new projects in financial and
project management software, ensuring accurate scope and budgeting
information. Serve as the central communication point for project
updates, schedule changes, and key deliverables. Track and follow
up on outstanding tasks, issue logs, and project dependencies.
Support project managers with cost tracking, procurement
coordination, and invoice processing. Assist with documentation
preparation including change orders, status reports, submittals,
and closeout packages. Communicate directly with clients and
internal teams regarding project status and deliverables.
Coordinate material tracking with warehouse and procurement teams
to support field operations. Maintain organized digital and
physical project records for compliance and reporting. Work across
departments (engineering, safety, service, sales) to align project
activities. Ensure timely and accurate billing by preparing
invoices and tracking accounts receivable. Assist in project
turnover to service and support teams post-completion. Perform
additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in a project coordination or
scheduling role, with direct experience supporting data center or
mission-critical construction Excellent organization and time
management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage
multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); scheduling
software experience is a plus Ability to work independently and
collaborate with cross-functional teams Understanding of
construction workflows, documentation, and cost tracking is highly
desirable Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight
deadlines and evolving project scopes Benefits & Compensation:
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per hour (based on experience)
