Job Description Jogg is looking for an ambitious Laravel Developer to help take ownership of our API and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires problem solving skills and self-direction, with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Experienced in (PHP) Laravel Framework Advanced knowledge of Restful concepts and APIs Experienced in designing and maintaining MySQL databases (and motivated to keep queries optimized) Experienced in HTTP Live Streaming video Familiar with real time technologies Comfortable in a Linux environment (we utilize Forge, AWS, Vapor) Experienced with OAuth 2 Knowledgable in analytics (custom self hosted & maintained) Motivated to contribute and release to open source software Experienced with 3rd party APIs (Facebook, Twitter, etc) A passion for Test-driven code Continuous Integration and Delivery Experience with Git Comfortable in a small, fast-paced start-up environment Nice to have: Experienced in ML Benefits Team-driven Culture Competitive Salary Equity 100% Health Insurance 100% Dental & Vision Dog friendly environment Work from home days 2 weeks Paid Vacation Generous Holiday Breaks Generous Perks For Multi-Year Loyalty
